Rita first began to paint at school, then, like so many of us family and work committements curtailed this and it was only in later life that she began again. Constable; David Hyde (a local artist) and Monet all fuel Ritas love of painting. The beauty of flowers and landscape provide the inspiration for Ritas watercolour paintings.
