Annies passion for art began at an early age but with family and work committements took a back seat until she took up her pencils again about ten years ago. The play of light on a subject and the details that come to life as a result of that light provide her inspiration. Animal, wildlife, flower or still life are her favourite subjects and graphite pencil and soft pastel her chosen mediums.
